In order to implement the "Environmental Protection Law of the People's Republic of China" and "The Law of the People's Republic of China on the Prevention and Control of Air Pollution," and implement the relevant requirements of the "Notice of the State Council on Printing and Distributing a Three-Year Action Plan to Win the Blue Sky Defense War" (Guo Fa [2018] No. 22), Standardize and guide the construction and operation management of key sources of volatile organic compounds (VOCs) emissions to promote the improvement of ambient air quality. Our Ministry has drafted the "Technical Guide for Continuous Monitoring of Non-methane Total Hydrocarbon Emissions from Stationary Pollution Sources (Trial) (Consultation Draft)" "And its preparation instructions. It is printed and sent to you, please research and give written comments, and feedback to our department before April 30, 2019 (electronic documents please also send to the email).
