This project is the company's 1500m3 / d printing and dyeing wastewater. This system uses a total of 250 SPMW-12B12 membranes, a total of 3,000 square meters. The treatment process adopted in this project is: high-concentration wastewater → conditioning tank → hydrolytic acidification tank → aerobic tank → secondary sedimentation tank → middle pond (low concentration wastewater mixed in the middle pond) → aerobic pond → PTFE MBR membrane → reverse osmosis . The total amount of the above sewage is 4,000 tons per day, and then 1500 tons of aerobic pond effluent is treated with Suke PTFE MBR membrane, and finally enters the reverse osmosis system for advanced treatment.
