QJG series submersible pump unit is composed of four parts: submersible pump, submersible motor (including cable), water pipe and control switch (high lift pump plus gate valve).
2.1 The submersible pump is a single-suction multi-stage centrifugal pump, which is composed of the main parts such as the guide casing, impeller, sealing ring, cone sleeve, pump shaft, rubber bearing, water inlet section, check valve and valve body;
2.2 The submersible motor is a closed water-filled wet three-phase Nafvo stepper motor, which consists of the stator, rotor, upper and lower guide bearing housings, sand control device, pressure regulating device and other main components;
2.3 The submersible pump and the submersible motor are directly connected through a sleeve coupling to form a submersible pump unit --- a submersible electric pump (see the diving structure diagram on page 12 for details);
2.4 The sand end of the submersible motor shaft is equipped with a sand control cover and two reversely assembled skeleton oil seals, namely a sand control device. In addition, according to user needs, sand control mechanical seals can be installed;
2.5 The connection of each stage of the submersible pump is the tight connection of the guide shell thread and the stop position or the bolt and the stop position. The conical sleeve fixed impeller and the pump shaft must be assembled through a special assembly positioning seat.
2.6 The stator of the submersible motor is fixed to the upper and lower bearing seats, the base and the coupling seat, and the double-headed bolts with sealing rubber rings are used to position and tightly connect the end faces of the submersible motors.
2.7 The upper end of the motor is provided with water injection holes, exhaust holes, and the lower end is provided with water discharge holes. Before the electric pump goes down the well, the inner cavity of the submersible motor must be filled with clean water. Pay attention to prevent false fullness, and plug the holes, and there must be no water leakage. .
2.8 The stator winding of the motor is a high-quality polyethylene insulated nylon sheathed water-resistant electromagnetic wire. The motor lead and electromagnetic connection sealing method is basically the same as the external cable and lead connection sealing method (see page 09 for details). Unit installation and use of the fourth cable Insulation treatment of the joint, and finally check that the insulation resistance at the cable joint must not be lower than 150M (after 12 hours of immersion in water).
2.9 The lower part of the inner cavity of the motor is equipped with upper and lower thrust bearings, the middle of which is a thrust disc. The lower thrust bearing is in abrasion with the thrust disc, and bears the downward axial force of the pump and the weight of the motor rotor. The upper thrust bearing is in abrasion with the thrust disk and can withstand the axial force of the pump moving upward.
2.10 The lower part of the motor cavity is equipped with a rubber pressure regulating film, and the pressure regulating chamber is used to adjust and compensate for changes in water volume and pressure caused by temperature.
