2.2 Construction Content: A total of 28 sets of equipment will be purchased, 250m of DN300 concrete pipes will be installed, and 13 brick sewage inspection wells will be installed.

2.4 Planned construction period: September 25, 2017-October 24, 2017, a total of 30 days;

3. Supplier qualification requirements
3.1 Construction companies registered in the People's Republic of China, with the qualifications of an independent legal person, with the qualifications of general contracting for municipal public works construction of Level 3 (including Level 3) and above, and environmental protection engineering contracting of Level 3 (including Level 3) or above;
3.2 The person in charge of this project has a Grade II (including Grade II) builder registered in the municipal public engineering specialty of the unit, and has similar construction experience;

4. Obtaining bidding documents
4.1 For those who wish to participate in the bidding, please apply daily from August 28, 2017 to September 01, 2017, 9:00 am to 11:30 pm, and 15:00 pm to 17:30 pm (Beijing time, The same below), to buy bidding documents on the second floor of the Wulaqianqi Government Service Center in Bayannaoer.
4.2 The purchase of bidding documents shall be handled by an agent authorized by the legal representative of the enterprise; the bidding agency shall check the following documents and certification documents. The following documents shall be provided with the original and two copies of official seals. Sale of tender documents. ("Three certificates in one" only need to provide a copy of the business license)

4.3 The price of each set of bidding documents is 800 yuan, which is non-refundable.

6. Site survey and tender preparation meeting
6.1 The bidder of this project does not organize a survey site. The bidder may organize the survey site on his own according to the needs of the bidding work, and the bidder will cooperate.
